Refund policy

All Flowers by Rain arrangements are made-to-order using fresh, seasonal florals. Due to the perishable nature of flowers, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or offer refunds once flowers have left the studio, been delivered, or picked up.

Flowers are living materials and naturally vary in color, shape, bloom stage, and lifespan. Wilting and changes over time are expected and are not considered defects.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 1-hour of delivery with photos and your order number. Approved issues may be eligible for replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Flowers by Rain is not responsible for damage, neglect, weather exposure, or improper handling after delivery or pickup.
