Shipping policy

Flowers by Rain currently offers local delivery and studio pickup within the Miami area.

Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on distance and order size. While we do our best to accommodate requested delivery windows, exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed.

Please ensure all delivery information is accurate. Flowers by Rain is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses, unavailable recipients, building access issues, or delays outside of our control.

Once an order has been delivered or picked up, responsibility transfers to the customer/recipient.
